Don't want to help new costumers!!!
<p>On Friday 16/09/2016 I went to mtn in Savannah mall,Polokwane to see if I qualify for two tablets and I gave them everything I need to apply and they checked everything and told me everything looks good and that I do qualify for them and that the only problem is that they dont have any of those tablets in stock in the whole of polokwane. I asked them if there would be any possiblity if they can place an order for them and asked how long it would take for me to recieve them as this tablets I want to give as a birthday present and they told me not to worry I will recieve sms's that my application was succsessful and she will phone me and that the tablets would be here on the latest next monday 26/09/2016. By monday I havn't recieve any sms or call from the and called them as I am worried something is wrong and have to make another plan as it is for someones birthday. After speaking to 3 different ladies who have no idea really whats going on they just told me that they are still waiting for my application to be approved and I should call back tomorrow.By Thuesday about 10:00 am I called them back asking if they heard anything yet and again speaking to two different ladies as the first one did not even know what to tell me and they just told me no, I kindly asked them to please take my number again and to please find out whats going on and just let me know, about 15:00 I havn't heard anything from them yet I called again and they still can't give me any answer. Does it take this long to approve a client?</p> <p>If they could just told me that it would take this long I would have made another plan but they assured me that I will have the tablets on 26/09/2016 now I dont even know if I will recieve anything. I really feel like they don't have any interest in helping me as a new costumer as they are not doing any effort to give me answers. I'm sure if I went to a different provider I would have had the tableds already or atleast knew whats going on! I'm really so dissapointed and don't think mtn will ever see me again and wouldn't prefer anybody to go to them!!</p>
