Don't want to give my phone back

<p>I took my phone in for repair on the 01/01/2017 and since then I've been calling to find out when can I get it back but every time I speak to they agent they make me feel like I ow them something, they make me feel like that is not my phone. They keep telling me that they are still courting stock and I must call in a few days and if i do they jeep telling me the something. They told me that mobicel have a problem with all they phone and we'll be getting new once I'm yet to c that so I'd they can not replace it they need to give me my money back cause I need the phone. I can't go another day without my phone ref number is 3 ********** 1395 694</p>
