Don't pay you bill - Free Network provider apparently

<p>We struggled a lot tot get our business registered on MTN Active. After that has been done, it seems that MTN is for free - we can't view our statements online. Thus, we have no idea at all what to pay MTN. After I have reported the fault, logged it, phoned numerous times I have no other choice than to assume that this month is on MTN. I have three reference numbers:</p> <p>2 4 3 4 8 2 6 9 8;</p> <p>2 4 3 5 3 1 9 4 8;</p> <p>1 3 2 2 8 3 9 1.</p> <p> </p> <p>The persons in the contact centre state that the person's who is responsible for this don't even reply to them, what must the puplic say? This is ridiculous as we only want to pay our bill.</p>
