Don't make your fault my problem
In February 2014, I took out a contract for an iPad. I was very specific that I did not want to pay any additional than what the contract offered, and the consultant then said that they are able to set a credit limit on my iPad.

My last invoice for my iPad had a R940 line item for out of bundle data. I spoke to Morgan (***). What he disclosed what happened over the phone was shocking!

Morgan informed me that there was a request to set a credit limit, but was not set. I was not informed about that, as I was told that it was done in February 2015. He then subsequently put in a request on my behalf for the following: (1) Refund me for the out of bundle, as it is not my fault (2) a credit limit to be set. I was promised feedback in 5 business days. That did not happen.

I phoned in again (***) and the consultant essential said that it was too bad, pay it up, and I have to fix the initial sale problem as I was told that credit limit can't be set on contracts, only top ups.

I have a credit limit on the contract for my mom in law for a contract (not top up), and I know it works.

Don't make me work to fix your stuff up. Fix it please.
