Don't Give a Damn

On 3rd October I app**** for a Business contract with MTN based on the fact that Vodacon had done nothing to help us with poor communication problems in our area. My neighbours are with MTN and always have a signal so I decided to port my number to MTN. Also we have no Telkom lines a sthey have been ****** so often that Telkom will not replace them. After repeated emails and phone calls to Mtn as to why nothing was happening with my new contract and phone I was eventually told on 5 January that the reason was that they were out of stock of the handset that I had requested. It had taken them 3 mths to figure this out with no response to all my emails only computer generated responses.Phone calls are a waste of time as they can not really assist me to sort out the problem over the phone and have to get a response fron whatever department is dealing with the current situation at the time. I was then told I would have to revisit the new packages and make another choice, which I did, and it was a package that suited me better anyway so I was considerably placated. Imagine my surprise when they delivered the origional contract with the handset that apparently was out of stock. I called them and they promised that the handset would be picked up and the new one delivered.......nothing happened............in the meantime my old handset gave in and I had no choice but to start using the iphone 6 that had been delivered. We then recieved a phonecall fron a delivery service telling us that were coming to pick up the iphone 6 but did not have the new iphone 7 to deliver to me . I told them not to bother to pick it up as that we leave me with no communications at all and we live on a farm. I then called again to renegotiate my price on the contract as the diffirence in price between the 2 handsets was quite significant. Avahshoni ( who is the lady that was dealing with my contract ) told me that we could do that at a price of R509 as opposed to R729 which suited me very nicely. I never heard from her again and every email I sent asking about the status of my contract after that came back with a generated response........then MTN removed R879 from the business account and I'm not even connected yet!

After another phone call all I have is the promise that I will be contacted about this but as yet no response ...no contract.....no help.....WHAT CAN I DO
