DON'T EVER JOIN MTN

I upgraded my MTN contract at MTN Galleria in Amanzintoti in March 2015. In April I received my first invoice after the upgrade and got a Clawback fee on the statement for R1000.00 I was not told by the personnel at the store about the clawback fee. I went to the Louis Trichardt MTN and was told that the clawback fee was not suppose to be on my invoice. <br> <br> The contract I signed up for was a 2GB Data contract with a Sony Z2 Tablet for R439.00 per month. For the last couple of months I saw that the flat rate of my contract before use is R630.00 per month.<br> <br> I have tried and tried to get this problem sorted out over the phone via the call center with NO results to show. I went in to the Louis Trichardt branch only to be told that the query can't be finalized now as the head office is busy striking.<br> <br> I would not recommend ANYONE to take out a contract or sign over to MTN. I have been with every cellphone service provider by now and by far MTN is the worst. There coverage is pathetic and not to mention there customer service, you will be better off sending a courier dove because it will be faster to resolve a query. <br> <br> I say again...DON'T JOIN MTN.
