Don't Answer Phone

<p>I tied to send them an e mail message - the e mail address on their webpage bounced back with ********** />A problem occurred during the delivery of this message to this e-mail address" so I assume that their contact details are either incorrect on their website, or something is wrong with their address - whatever it is, doesn't seem to bother them.</p> <p>So I tried calling their help desk. Was kept holding for 13 minutes before answered, but unable to assist. Asked for a supoervisor or manager - was told that they would call me back - that was over two hours ago and still waiting.</p> <p>Next tried to call MTN HO on their advertised number - ********** . Just rang for over 10 minutes before I hung up. Tried other numbers around the 3000 number - was answered once, but put me back on hold indefinitely. I have made 11 attempts at calling their number, and it's just not answered. What must I do to be able to communicate with someone who both cares and is competent at this organization? BTW, I have been a customer of theirs for over 20 years - what price loyalty?????</p> <p>Their customer service is non-existant and yet they are very quick to take my money every month!</p> <p>What a shower.</p>
