don't allocate my payments
Last month I paid my account as usual, then I got an overdue sms I then sent them a proof of payment they rep**** and said my payment will be allocated to my account a week later I got another sms telling me that my line will be suspended I rep**** to the email with the reference number they gave me, after two days my line was indeed suspended. I finally got hold of them and then my line was re opened. I paid this month's account on Saturday the 25 July, this morning I got an overdue sms again, I've been with mtn for over ten years but seriously thinking about moving to another network.
