DOING MORE DAMAGE THAN GOOD.

Copy of email sent.

To MTN Management

I finally received my Sony Z3 back from your repair centre, after It went in due to a faulty display screen. However now the phone appears to be damaged worse than when it went in, the back cover protrudes and this was not the case prior to me sending my device in for repairs. I am afraid to test it's water proofing because of the gap that is now there.

Dealing with you guys has been a nightmare and I find it very unprofessional with how you have handled all my enquiries, concerns and complaints. I have asked to speak to someone verbally who would be able to help me resolve this this issue, but up to now no one has tried to contact me to help.

I am very early into my 24 month contract with MTN and I find it hard to believe how I as a customer have been treated.

I hope to hear from someone as soon as possible

Thabiso Mbegbolawe

Hello thab90,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate that you have made us aware of the issues that you were faced with regarding the faulty handset.

I apologize for any inconveniences caused as a result of this. I understand the frustration that you endured in your attempt to have the issue resolved.

Unfortunately, the IMEI number and Job Card number have been left out of your post which does delay the resolution time. In order for us to revisit the repairs, we would require you to book the handset in again and have the store mark it for urgent attention as it has been in for repairs on a prior occasion.

Thank you.
Kagiso
