Doing as they please!!

I am out of contract. I have been for the past 5 months. My choice. Since I went out of contract my monthly subscription basically halved as I am no longer paying for a handset. This month MTN just arbtrarily decided to double my sucbscription fees again. No notifcation. No justification. MTN I want my money back!!
