Doesn't answer the phone, keeps on hanging up

I have been trying for the past 1.5 an hour to get hold of Bongani at the Festival Mall shop. I have left a message for him to call me back, & I am still waiting. I have called this shop, 6 times in a row, & all these people do, is cut the call, without even bothering to answer my call. This service is worse than disgustingl
