doesnt answer telephones
I've been trying to get hold of the MTN shop at Queens corner in Soutpansberg road in Pretoria for 2 days now, phoning up to 50 times a day, and no answer whatsoever!!!!

I do know how frustrating this can be, do note that our management teams are aware of this and due to the current protest action being experienced there is delays in our customer touch points.
Please note our 173 and 808 call centres are operational.
Please furnish us with more detail in order for us to look into the matter and assist you.
