Doesn't want spam reports

I use MTN. I received a spam message from an MTN number that asked me to call another MTN number. I reported this to MTN only to see that my ticket was cancelled minutes later. The only way we beat spam is if we take a stand and I'd like to see MTN do so, not cancel tickets while continuing to send out obvious spam messages. If not they I was told he will deduct between R3000 and R4000 from my salary to pay the account. This came as a huge shock since the total amount of data for one person topped all records.
