Doesn't take accountability for negligence
MTN is full of ****. I'm complaining for probably the 10th time. We were listed due to their negligence and were told to pay an exorbitant amount so that we could be removed off ITC. We were told that as soon as we paid that crazy amount of R8200 the judgement would be lifted. We've met our end of the bargain, but AGAIN, MTN FAILS TO COMMIT!!!! Deal with this matter now. You're stopping us from making very important purchases. You handed us over please don't force us to go the same route for ruining our lives. Legal direct MTN *** Credit management ***
