Does not seem to want business

For the last two days i have been trying to get throught to a consultant to apply for a new business line. I have called the direct sales line who in turns give me a number for the corporate division. I then call them and get told that i need to speak to direct sales. Just today alone i have been pushed around between the two call centres four times. This is complete ridiculious service. I dont understand how they can advertise to get new clients but will not assist the clients that actually want a contract.
