DOES MTN STILL EXIST???? THEY SEEM TO HAVE DISSAPEARED OF THE FACE OF THE EARTH!!!!

<p>We had a cell phone ****** more than a week ago, we requested a sim swop with MTN to stop the person who had ****** the phone from using the phone. We have dialed 173 about 300 times ,to follow up on the sim swop that was requested more than a week ago, to no avail, the phone rings for about an hour and then when the call is answered we get cut off, this happens every time!!!! We have tried to call every MTN contact number there is and we have still had no luck in speaking to a single person and the sim swop has still not been done!!!!!! This has caused us financial loss and also jeapardised our security with the ***** still having access to all our info that was on the phone!! We are disgusted and appalled that to date we still cannot get hold of MTN! If MTN would like to possibly assist us as one of their clients they can call Hennie on ********** 104, but they probably wont! STAY AWAY FROM MTN!!!!!!!!</p>
