Does MTN's call centre even work!?!?

MTN has the most *********** call centre I have ever experienced.<br> I have tried over 100 times over the passed 5 months to simply contact the *** in hopes of purchasing a once off internet bundle.<br> As i am on a contract, I am unable to use the simple USSD codes. I have to either phone, or go into an MTN store. And seeing as though no-one answers, I have to go into the stores.<br> EVERY SINGLE TIME i have been on hold between 5 and 20 minutes. Only to have the call dropped. EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!<br> I don't know how else to get this matter resolved!!!<br> I would tell them on the phone. BUT THEY DONT ANSWER!!!
