Does Mtn really value loyal customers?
I am a very loyal mtn client that has been using its services since 2009. I contacted mtn direct for an upgrade on my contract, despite the the 15 minute hold, I got through to a man named Kgosi. We had a brief conversation and he ended the call even before we were done talking. I understood his impatience because it was close to knock off time. I called again following day in the afternoon at aound 1. I got through to the same guy, he clearly remembered me from the previous day because he didnt even care to let me finish my sentence as interupted me and he told me that my cellphone would be delivered 3 weeks later and that I should stop calling to follow up after I was told that it would be delivered shortly affter Christmas. He was very emotional and rude. I did not at all feel valued as I took time which could have spent on other things to wait and then recieve such service. If this is how loyal customers are treated. Ill take my business elsewhere.
