DOES MTN REALLY CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS?

Good day,

My previous complaint on this site was never attended to so I assume that no on in MTN really cares, but maybe this will help someone else to think twice before they take a contract with MTN.

I have been battling for a few months now (3) to get my phone repaired at MTN. Every time I walk into a MTN store I hear: the people are striking.....we can not take the phone\. Eventually someone at MTN East Gate helped us and the phone was send away.

Now
