DOES MTN PROVIDE A SERVICE OR DO THEY ONLY COLLECT

All Cellphone users!!!!<br> If you are in the market for a new Cellphone contract - please DO NOT consider the services of MTN!! I have been a Nashua Mobile Customer - but at the time of their withdrawal from the telecommunications market and MTN's take over - I have had nothing but the worst service imaginable!!!<br> <br> My phone was soft-locked - WITHOUT WARNING might I say - after my debit order was unsuccessful. This was due to a creditor's reversal on my side and I obviously did not know about this as I am not in the habit of checking my bank balance on a daily basis! So - becoming aware of the suspension was a total surprise to me - but what turned out to be nothing less than a nightmare - was trying to get my service restored after having paid!!! It was FINALLY done after 2 days - only to be disconnected again (without the courtesy of a warning one again which would have afforded me the opportunity to explain) as THEY incorrectly allocated my funds!!! Shame on you Millicent and Nicole van Heerden - you were given the information<br> <br> SO IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING A CELLPHONE CONTRACT - STAY AWAY FROM MTN!!! <br> <br> I cannot wait for my contract period to lapse so that I can join Vodacom or Cell C!!
