Does MTN know their products?

<p>During Desember 2016, I upgraded to the Samsung S7. During the holidays there was a special running , Summer Magic.</p> <p>I have phoned numoures MTN stores to get info regards to this add and no one could give me answers or knew about this deal. On upgrade day. the consaltant went to the Vodacom shop to get more info. No samsang rep at that moment.</p> <p>There was also some running on TV and in news paper that stated " Purchase a Samsung S7 or S7 Edge and get a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite plus your choice of a VR headset or an Accessory kit."</p> <p>I have registered on Samsung Rewards. and recieved my acceessory kit but no Galaxy Tab.</p> <p>I have spended numourus hours on the phone with call centers and they dont care about your problem. Passing the buck.</p> <p>All I want is my Galaxy Tab 3 as advertised in the news papers on 20 November 2016.</p> <p>If you want the info, I can sent it.</p>
