Does MTN have the worst Customer Uncare???

This review is not about MTN Wi-Fi its about their lousy customer Uncare service, I am trying my utmost to think if I have ever come across a worse service in my 79 years on this planet and finding it very difficult, after requesting info from me which I returned instantly they just stopped like that then after 6 days I wrote and asked what was happening and got a reply that I should use their App to resolve my problem which I cant as it will not give me a copy of the contract and that is the sum of their service or whatever they want to call it I call it revolting and for a company of their size and standing is not acceptable by any standards
