Does MTN even have customer service????
Another month goes by and they happily take my money but after been promised by numerous people on multiple platforms still nobody has contacted me from MTN?
I have reference numbers coming out my ears and emails back and forth but do think anyone can help me? do you think anyone will take 5mins out of there day to assist a customer?? Seriously well done on absolutely **** service!
