Does Mtn customer service still exist!
Queries listed on-line on MTN active are supposed to be handled within 48 hrs. Another 5 days and I will be waiting for a month already without any feedback..

Thank you for your comments and please accept my apologies for the delay in reverting to you with a response and for any inconvenience caused as result of the breakdown in the service delivery in one of our touch points.According to our records the 2GB was provisioned and there's a balance of 1.7GB.
