Does DSV own MTN?

I just recently got a router (contract) with MTN and I explained the address that I will be using the router at will be temporary. I am currently in Cape Town but will be going back to Johannesburg in the next few months. I have an existing MTN cell phone contract which i took out in JHB with no issues. I took out the router with the intention that it will only be used at this current address temporarily. Contract was approved based on my existing proof of address on the MTN system.

Upon delivery of the router, the courier company (DSV) claimed that they could not deliver the router based on the address on my bill. Which is the address my existing contract is on in JHB. They want me to cancel the full contract application and do a new application with an address that I wont be at for much longer. It is only temporary as stated in the applications process.

Surely there must be something that MTN can do to have the router dropped off to at a store for my collection? I cant cancel a full application because of a courier company, can I?
