Does anyone work in MTN customer service?

I have been trying to speak to a manager in customer service since the beginning of the year. I have called, emailed, tweeted and hello peter'd no one has bothered to get back to me. I have been having billing issues and am trying to sort it out, problem is no one seems to work in customer service. Maybe I should apply for a job there, seems like a good gig to get paid for sitting doing nothing all day? Not sure how much longer I should wait.... I would have though 9 months is plenty time to reply to an email. I mean if a woman can conceive and deliver a baby in 9 months, surely someone can reply to an email?
