Does anyone work at mtn?

I moved my contract from Vodacom to Mtn, they ported my number and never sent the new phone. After numerous calls and promises of calling me back with feedback, I eventually found out that the phone had been sent 4 days after it should have. After 3 days with no phone line I asked them to cancel the contract and put my number back to Vodacom. I CANNOT get any feedback or progress report from anyone. Even the threat of reporting them to hello Peter had no effect.<br> I just want them to cancel the contract and give me back my number. <br> The lack of service and urgency from them is shocking.
