Does anyone still work there?

It is easier to climb Mount Everest than get a response from MTN. I've been trying to cancel my cellphone contract for over a month. After taking three hours in an MTN store where they charged me R13 000 to cancel it, and email after email that goes into a black hole, still no one bothers to get back to me. The only reply I have is 'Dear valued customer' emails telling me how valuable my business is. This has been the most frustrating experience imaginable.
