DOES ANYONE STILL WORK AT MTN??

I purchased a MTN sim card which is being used in my alarm and it is only used to send messages. I am unable to check my balance on the MTN app as it says it is sending an OTP to the cell number but the sim card is not in a phone. At least with Vodacom they have an option when you register on the website if the card is in a phone or a device.<br> <br> I tried to apply for a contract on MTN website but it tells me it is sending a OTP to the cell phone which of course does not receive messages. <br> <br> I have emailed MTN about five times in the last month to tell them I want to change this card to a messaging only contract and have had no reply from them. <br> <br> I went into the MTN shop in Sandton City to change my pay as you go to a messaging contract and they told me they do not do contracts and I must contact MTN.<br> <br> I have phoned MTN on *** and all I hear is someone singing \MTN"and nobody replies. <br> <br> The only reason I am using a MTN card is because the signal is better in my area otherwise I would be using Vodacom as their service actually exists whereas with MTN it seems as if everyone has died and gone to heaven.<br> <br> """
