DOES ANYONE CARE AT MTN?
My son's cellphone was ****** 3 weeks ago, I have submitted an insurance claim through MTN insurance - to date I have not been notified if the claim has been approved - I have tried calling the call centre but no body answers - when you do get through it is near impossible to speak to a human. Come on MTN get your act together!!! Feeling annoyed!!!
