***** mtn agent/consultant

This is the MTN next to checkers. My experience yesterday was appalling and the Indian guy that was helping me was ***** and lacked customer service. I was a bit uncomfortable at how he was scrutinizing my payslip first and foremost, then there was the issue of needing to go into a separate room to make a call while still attending me.. again no regard for the customer.. the approval process , he said i needed to contact SAFPS to get a clearing which i didn't understand and he didn't make it his business to explain thoroughly. when i left the Mtn, i tried to make calls with my phone, strangely enough, i couldn't, it said i needed to go to nearest dealer to rica it which was odd because all along my phone was working, i was receiving calls and making calls up until that guy assisted me. I went back to him very bothered, and asked me what had he done.. he looked up my number on his computer and said it's working fine, said maybe i inserted the sim card incorrectly which was bull coz my phone would've indicated. he made it seem as if it was the sim card, by asking me to take it out so he could put it back in. After, i was able to receive calls. I went to the other MTN to have them check what happened, they told me the exact time of when i was rica suspended and then un-suspended, so basically the indian guy **** and i could see that he's *****, and he's been placed where he sees customer details mmh what a shame and makes you wonder what other ***** things he does behind the screen. i truly hope he cancelled my application altogether like i asked him to.
