Do yourself a favour and stay away from MTN
We have been trying to cancel our contracts for past 3 months. Customer Care and Retention department and both staff and management all completely ***********. Don't sign up with MTN even if the deal sounds great. You will never be able to get out and the service is pathetic no matter when you call.

This is however 1 of the 15+ people who I spoke to and was just a waste of my time and airtime and is a waste of money to the company. Though it's the staff and business who is the problem
