Good day My mtn account is paid up a whole 2 months ago yet my account is still showing by Mtn legals records I call the store yes you have a zerooooo balance but we can't help you. Call 135 , I call 135 endlessly and can't reach any consultant I can't even select that option

This is very bad service I am trying to open a cell phone contract but I can't becoz the account is with LEGAL can someone at legal do their job please can they just call me and sort this out Today still it's annoying really I can't even get a paid up letter that confirms its in order unacceptable Mtn
