Do you not want to be paid?

I phoned 3 times in 2 weeks to get through to the legal department to pay my account. The staff at the call centre says you can only email and legal will phone back in 2 days. I have phoned them 3 times now in 2 weeks and have not received one call back. I want to pay and settle my account. Please get someone to contact me asap.
