Do they want our business or not??
<p>In December 2015, we tried to port two of our sales consultants over from Cell C to our MTN account. We got a quote and sent off all the necessary forms but heard absolutely nothing back. I followed up a few times in 2016 and eventually in April someone got back to us and we were all gun-ho until I sent in the forms again. I have heard absolutely nothing back from the consultant, Vaughn, and every time I call either his land line or mobile number, it goes to voicemail and I never get call backs. </p> <p> </p> <p>Vaughn works in MTN Business. We need an answer, even if it is just to tell us that they're struggling to get Cell C to release the numbers, but don't just give up on us and not feedback to us. </p>
