DO NT TAKE A CONTRACT WITH MTN THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR CREDIT SCORE

My credit record shows that i pay MTN an amount of R25000 every month, This has affected my affordability in the process of trying to purchase a house , when I cancelled the contract I am told ridiculous turnaround times , I don't have time because I have already put in an offer to purchase. It seems no one will help you with a simple thing like a settlement letter or correcting a mistake they made on my credit report. the legal department does not answer their phone calls no matter what, and they do not respond to emails, do not get into a contract with MTN, they are always keen to give u a contract but the hassle when you want out is outrageous.
