Worst Experience ever!!!

My surname on ID differs. I did add my marage certificate and explained that I am divorced. Why do they not want to except it if my surname on marage certificate is the same as mine at MTN, I only upgraded, you took it last year . I am very upset. I am years a customer with MTN and this is how you treat your customers. My surname on marage certificate is the one I have with you, and still you do not take it.
