Do not want to assist with repair quote
I submitted a Samsung Tab 3 in May 2015. Battery did not want to charge. Due to the strike nor me or the Shop in Bela-Bela could get hold of anyone at MTN - not even the head office. In the week of the 30th of June I again visited the shop to ask for assistance. The sales agent called and advised that a quote was sent for repair. The assistant that booked the item actually completed the job card incorrectly and did not submit my proof of purchase (July 2014) with the item. I was advised that I needed to pay R380 for the item to be sent back to me.

Upon further investigation and endless calls where the phone was just put down in my ear, I asked for the quote and the technicians actual report on exactly what was the problem on the tablet.

MTN is not prepared to re-asses unless the R380 is being paid. They will then re-book it on the new date -I was advised that the same quote will apply because it will now be booked in August and the guarantee expired in July 2015

No one can help me. No one is prepared to even talk to me. I have my proof of purchase and they do not want to accept it.

What do I have to do now? I am furious!
