Do not want an upgrade! Cancel these numbers!!!

I get 2 emails today that YOU decided to move 2 of our numbers to new Sim only contracts because our contracts are coming to an end.

WE DO NOT WANT TO BE UPGRADED. I WANT THESE 2 NUMBERS CANCELLED WHEN THE CONTRACTS ARE FINISHED!!!! I WILL NOT PAY A SINGLE CENT FURTHER PAST THAT POINT! You have no right dictating to me what I must do with the contract once it's done.
