Useless! In fact, I wish I could put htem past useless, but this platform doesn't allow it. Doing a business contract upgrade, the pathetic poephol can't tell you that it has been successful or not. After two days, when you enquire, you're told to wait for five to seven working days. Yet no phone call, no e-mail because they are a bunch of ****** nincom****s!!! Can't speak, talk in braille, can't read, can't send e-mails or sms messages. ****** uselss bunch of sods!
