DO NOT USE MTN , WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!
<p>DO NOT USE MTN , WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!</p> <p>My phone is in at mtn for a screen repair , i have mtn insurance , and it is the second time that they keep my phone for two months without giving me the expected feedback even after numerous attempts from my side to find out what is the progress. I am not even able to contact the branch i gave my phone in at (mtn the glen) it is physically impossible , i am forced to go in store , only to find that nothing has been done about the matter at mtn insurance , and that i still can not get any response from mtn insurance whatsoever regarding the issue as they do not even respond to attempted communications from the shop technitions/salespeople. I am now forced to pay for a phone that i can not be in posession of for two months and counting(and have already been for more than 2 months, a few months before)just because my service provider is utterly useless? I know i am not the only one , share this to see if we can get something done about this.</p> <p> </p>
