DO NOT USE MTN-USELESS COMPANY

MTN IS USELESS. My husbands contract ended at the end of March 2021. He received a txt on the 31/03/2021 from MTN stating the fee is now reduced to R364.35 on a month to month basis. However the same debit order of R419 pm was deducted. He phoned them in June 2021 advising them it that everything with MTN is be cancelled. He is done with them. NO more deductions. However this did not happen. R419 still deducted for July. They never answer the phone in the cancellation department. He mailed them and it was sent to another department- Retention. No reply. Nothing. Does anyone work there???? USELESS COMPANY!!!
