DO NOT USE MTN INSURANCE OR MTN FOR THAT MATTER!

I would give them ZERO stars, but the system doesn't allow. I insured my phone with MTN, and paid over R400 a month for two years. But when my phone did get damaged, legitimately NOT wear and tear, they claim that it is damage caused by wear and tear. An IPhone's screen does't stop working just because of swiping on it. IDIOTS! Not to mention that they took 3 months to process my claim, by which time I had to buy a new phone. They are thoroughly useless! DO NOT USE MTN OR MTN INURANCE!!!! EVER
