DO NOT USE MTN - dishonest and unhelpful

Mtn is the most unhelpful and ********* service provider. There has been an open ***** case since the 11th of April on my account and not getting a resolution, support or help from anyone despite having supp**** everything requested from my side. Not feeling heard or helped despite being a loyal customer for 17 years - I have continued to pay my account and had my number cut off, then when I called to query this as the ***** case is still open, I got an sms to say I agreed to pay the ***** amount. When I called back to say I did not approve this and want the recording of my call, got told they can only help me in 3-5 business days. This is ********* Mtn, your lack of service is causing me immense distress and every time I contact your team, I get a generic response or unhelpful service. How do I get SOMEONE to help me?
