DO NOT USE MAKE USE OF MTN

Do not expect to get a refund on a deduction made by Mtn. I have been a loyal customer to this service provider, but this is about to change! They have deducted nearly 4 times the amount they should have and 3 weeks later I am out of pocket. Phone 135,083135,go to Mall @ Reds phone hq in 14th ave. No sir, no one can help. Speak to manager Bonelo Komete of call center and to this day have not received a phone call. Spoke to Manager Mpho at Mall @ Reds. No answers from anyone. Is this how you threat your customers???? Sitting in the store and same old ******* service received. Bought a brand new tablet, packed up on day 10. Took it back and was happy to wait for the repair-3 weeks later and the tablet is still in sore un collected and un repaired. Yet, we are not lowed to exchange nor may I cancel the contract. Mbali, Winnie and Mpho, you need to step it up and try and assist your customers alot better!!!! I cannot even get a higher up manager to speak to and resolve my complaint. Come on guys!!!!!!! Useless is being modest!
