DO NOT UPGRADE WITH MTN. RATHER GO TO ANOTHER SERVIVE PROVIDER
MTN once again shines in bad service.

Been in the Menlyn shop for an upgrade since 12h00 and 2 hours later, the sill wiping their assess with eh upgrade request.

Docs was scanned 2 x, I received numerous emails that my upgrade was authorized, yet, the mighty Chris suspects *****!!!!!!!!!
The fact that I'm being suspected of commuting *****, is questionable. Then the very same Chris send verification to Absa in order for me to accept the Debi check.
Please explain:
Address did not change
Bank details remained unchanged
I'd did not change
Email and contact details did not change
Who the hell do Chris / MTN think they are? You are not above the law
