Do not upgrade online or Azuka Mtn Upgrade Whatsapp

Please take note to never use their online upgrade process as they will only assist to a point and then leave you in the dark and send you lots of otp SMSs the whole day and does not notify your progress of the application or device allocation even a week after the upgrade has been finalized and approved my other is still waiting to hear back from them from the 5th of May 2022. If you want to upgrade start thinking of moving to another service provider because after 15 years being with them i just realized they do not honor committed clients. I have 2 consultants in contact regarding this matter and not one them can assist or give any feedback from MTM SA- CELL NETWORK / Email service and a big no go is Azuka Mtn upgrade on Whatsapp.
