BE CAREFULL IF MTN PHONE YOU TO UPGRADE THEY CHARGED R 4800 to my cell phone account and I have now tried two months to reverse. No one responds and they Call centre claims it is not their responsibility. The MTN sales company they refer you to doe snot answer your query just transfer you from one consultant to the next. If you lock a query you just get a sms that says query completed.
