DO NOT TRUST MTN TO DELIVER ANY SERVICE

So I have a debit order with MTN supposed to go off on the 1st of every month Every month I pay it over because the debit order doesn't go off

End of April again I paid over the amount - but I paid over R15 more as I wasn't 100% sure of the amount - MTN goes and put a debit order through for the R15 CREDIT - When I phoned them I got a snotty reply stating that I signed for a debit order to go off

So this month -on the 3rd I sent a mail asking why the debit order did not go off yet - They rep**** it was returned by my bank - so I looked on my bankstatement - Low and behold there is no debit order submitted from MTN - I don't understand why the bank would decline the debit order of just over R300 if there is more than R5000 in my bank account. Now they are charging me interest of R17 on this debit order (MTN THAT IS) and they suspended my service because of non payment........

I phoned this morning requesting to speak to a manager regarding my account - The women could barely speak proper english or afrikaans ........

I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THIS ******* COUNTRY WITH ******* AND *********** PEOPLE. SERVICE DOESN'T EXIST ANY MORE - THEY WANT THEIR MONEY BUT CAN'T DELIVER THE SERVICE - AS SOON AS MY CONTRACT IS UP I WILL CANCEL
