DO NOT TRUST MTN!

I cancelled one contract in July 2023. MTN changed their system and somehow created a ghost account with no activity but according to them I owe them. From then I pay in a store due to MTN not being efficient to allocate money received to the correct account. I have sent my bank statements (three times) through to their Legal and bling departments with no joy. Now I am trying to upgrade my contract but MTN is a nightmare to deal with. 34 years of being a loyal client this is how one gets treated. Shocking!! Phoned retentions, tried canceling my contract and migrate to pay as you go, the lady offered me an excellent deal promising me a good deal and promised that MTN's inefficiency will not affect me. Needless to say Never heard from her again. My done is done and MTN smiles all the way. Absolutely disgusting how they get away with ****** 😡😡😡
